خورش قیمه خورشی بسیار خوشمزه و معروفیه اما در یزد به شیوه ای متفاوت طبخ میشه، تفاوتش هم تو این که به جای لپه از نخود استفاده میشه البته نخود 24 ساعت باید توی آب باشه ، وقتی هم ادویه زعفرون وهل باشه که دیگه عالیه فوق العاده خورش خوشمزه ی هست.
