ورزش زورخونه ای

ورزش زورخانه‌ای یا ورزش باستانی ویا ورزش پهلوانی نام مجموعه حرکات ورزشی با اسباب و بی‌اسباب و آداب و رسوم مربوط به آن هاست که در محدوده تاریخی و فرهنگی ایران از گذشته‌های دور رواج داشته‌ است.

ورزش‌های زورخانه‌ای نام دیگر ورزش‌های باستانی ایرانیان است. جایی که در آن به ورزش باستانی می‌پردازند زورخانه نام دارد هم چنین در زورخانه علاوه بر ورزش زورخانه‌ای کشتی پهلوانی نیز گرفته می‌شود.
